Isn’t it exciting! I work at a tea shop in NYC and so many people are asking for matcha now. To think, only a few years ago I had to order my own stash online. By the way, Ippodo is in Manhattan not Williamsburg. They’re often confused with a well known ramen spot called Ippudo 🙂
